SHIPPING POLICY TERMS
9. STANDARD SHIPPING — ORDERS UNDER $70

For eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal from $0.00 through $69.99, Standard Shipping costs:

$8.00

10. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING — $70 AND ABOVE

Eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70.00 or more receive:

FREE Standard Shipping

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a specific promotion, the qualifying merchandise subtotal is generally calculated after discounts and before taxes.

11. EXPRESS SHIPPING

Where available, Express Shipping costs $15.00.

Express Shipping availability may depend on:

Shipping destination;
Carrier service;
Product type;
Inventory location; or
Other fulfillment limitations.

The available shipping methods and charges will be shown before the customer completes checkout.

12. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT

Processing time and carrier transit time may be separate.

When Quyium Skin communicates a particular shipment timeframe, we intend to have a reasonable basis for believing that we can ship within that timeframe.

If no specific shipment timeframe is stated, we will comply with applicable U.S. federal requirements concerning Internet merchandise orders.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised or otherwise applicable timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

13. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Carrier delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically identified as guaranteed.

Once merchandise enters the carrier network, delays may occur because of:

Severe weather;
Natural disasters;
Carrier disruptions;
Holiday shipping volume;
Transportation interruptions;
Labor disputes;
Government actions;
Incorrect addresses supplied by customers; or
Other unforeseen events.

Nothing in this section limits obligations imposed on Quyium Skin by applicable law.

14. DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If merchandise cannot be shipped within an advertised timeframe—or within the timeframe otherwise applicable under federal law—we will follow applicable requirements concerning delayed Internet orders.

Where required, customers will be given an appropriate opportunity to:

Agree to the revised shipment timeframe; or
Cancel the affected order and receive the applicable refund.

If shipment becomes impossible or applicable law requires cancellation, we will cancel the affected order and issue the required refund.

15. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your package appears lost, damaged during transit, unusually delayed, or marked as delivered when you cannot locate it, please contact:
